Gen level Waterproof

This level of water resistance is for customers who need to wear the watch while swimming. A water resistance test report is included, completed by a professional institution.

Please note that our after-sales policy is the same as that of genuine stores. As it is impossible to determine whether water ingress is caused by customer mishandling, the conclusion of the waterproof test report shall prevail. Any water damage resulting from the user’s own use will not be covered under our after-sales warranty.

For watches with push buttons / pushers (e.g., Daytona, 5712), even if they are equipped with this level of waterproof service, they are still not suitable for swimming. This service only ensures that fully sealed watch models can achieve the stated water resistance.
