Deposit and Order change

Our deposit is 30% of the total order value (excluding shipping costs). Payment of the deposit is considered confirmation of the watch purchase contract.

If the order is canceled due to the buyer’s personal reasons (such as disliking the product, incorrect size, financial constraints, etc.), the deposit cannot be refunded.For non-MOD watches, a full refund is available if QC is not completed within 15 days.

Order management requires significant effort to ensure accuracy. If order modifications are required and the production of components or gold plating has not yet started:

  1. For order downgrades (removing certain items), a $50 service fee will be charged.

  2. If production (custom components or gold plating) has already begun, the cancellation cannot be accepted.

  3. Order upgrades (adding certain items) are not affected.

Insurance

I want to be clear that I do not want to make money from the insurance. My shipping agent has 20 years of expertise in shipping replica goods and adapts routes based on changing international regulations. The insurance only covers One situations: Seized by custom while in transit.
